Serving as Vice President of Marketing, Todd is responsible for creating, managing and executing corporate branding, marketing strategies and tactical plans. Todd’s focus is on leveraging industry best practices, novel marketing techniques and ROI metrics to create strategies that deliver on marketing objectives. Prior to joining Avella, he served in management roles for healthcare marketing and advertising agencies. Within these agencies, he led campaigns for companies including Cleveland Clinic, OrthoNeutrogena, Johnson & Johnson, and Allergan. In 2013, the Avella marketing team won the Marketer of the Year Award from the Phoenix Business Journal and Business Marketing Association for outstanding project (corporate rebranding initiative). Todd holds an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A from Arizona State University. He is also an active member of the Leadership Circle for Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
